I don't know about it before, as I din't need to hibernate before. Also I did come across this on microsoft's site. Real stupid where MS says you can't have more than 1GB of ram lol.. But anyways now, I am unable to install this patch as the error message I get says that my service pack is newer than this update.. I got SP3. I managed to find a fix for this.. a little painful if you got to hibernate real often. But it seems to work so far. One way to get rid of the message is to restart the computer. Defeats the purpose of hibernating (I know) THE OTHER WAY - get some software which defrags your RAM and also frees it up.. and run it before you hibernate..
